MY ACCOUNT & ORDERS

Signing is required to save your purchase records while you can also track the order once they are placed and so the progress at each step.

You can click on the 'Forgot Password' option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.

To place your order, follow these steps :

> Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.

> Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button

> After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.

> From there, you can either login to your existing The Funky Chaos account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.

> Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

> Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID. > You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
> We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 4-10 business days depending on where you live. > All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.

To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account.

Click on MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS to see the status of your current order (as well as your order history). You can also simply click on ‘TRACK ORDER’ in the top header.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email.

In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.

PAYMENT MODE

All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.
If the COD option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available)
There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind: > Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process. >If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. Yes, we charge a flat ₹50 per COD order.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We personally ensure that every delivery from The Funky Chaos is processed under excellent condition and in fastest time. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a safe and sound state.
Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). Please Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, our courier partners are working with limited staff. Delivery of your orders may be delayed by up to 15 days.

The Funky Chaos provides FREE shipping for all orders above ₹1999 in India. A shipping charge of ₹50/₹70 per 500g is charged for orders below ₹1499.

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to the source account which will reflect within 24-48 hours.

> Our courier partner will attempt the delivery thrice. You can let them know a convenient time to deliver the product. > You can contact our customer service executive, and we will resolve this. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

The Funky Chaos has 7 days Return Policy that gives you an option to return the product within 10 days from the delivery date under the circumstances mentioned in the policy. We request you to not use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

If the order is lost in transit, we will make it once more and send it to your customer.
In case the items are damaged during transit, we can either send you a new item or give you a full refund (with photo proof).
If any of the products are: > Materially flawed > Decoration different from design submitted > Quality of decoration is below reasonable expectations We shall refund payment or replace them immediately.

You can only apply for a Return from your account. Login to your account and go to the "Shipping & Returns" page. Fill the 'Contact Form' for the respective order.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

> Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Once the order is placed from your side, it is instantly sent to the manufacturing division. At this stage, you are no longer able to cancel or change the order. However, if you really want to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support and seek their assistance. If your order is not yet manufactured, you can change it as informed by our representative.
Defective/ Damaged in transit - Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided if you don't want us to reship the product. Wrong/ Missing products - We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund as per your convenience.
As per our policy, the refund is only possible if the mistakes had been done from our side. In this case please reach out to our customer support.
> We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.

ARTSHIP

ARTSHIP is a program for all the artists/designers wherein they can portray and sell their artwork on our products.

To become an artshipper you will have to fill this form.

Yes, you can submit your hand drawn artwork. You can also give it for digitalization on paying a nominal fee of ₹150. Our design team will get in contact with you via instagram and finalize your digital artwork before uploading it.

Yes, you can put your design on maximum 3 products out of the 12 product options that we provide.

Yes, you can set your own price for each and every product.

 
 
 
You will get the royalties as per the convenient payment method after the end of the ongoing season. Note: 2.5% will be charged as a payment transaction fee.

FUNDRAISERS

A campaign is a seamless fundraising platform that empowers you to rally support for your cause by selling custom products online.
It's for anyone who's passionate about a group, cause, or project! If you need to raise money and rally support from your community, these campaigns can help.
There is no limit to your fundraising potential. It's all about how many people you can get excited about the product and cause.
We multiply the price you set by the number of shirts you sell. Then we subtract the cost of the shirts and send the rest (profit) to you! Essentially, the more shirts you sell the higher your profit per shirt. After your campaign ends, you won't need to lift a finger. We'll mail you or your fundraising organization an invoice for the profits! To know more you can contact our customer support.
It's completely free — but you should plan on spending time and efforts to make it a success!
We will set up your campaign to have each order individually delivered. After every purchase we will deliver the product like a normal order.
Your supporters pay for their products online through your campaign page using any popular credit or debit card or through net-banking.
Most successful campaigns run 2-4 weeks. Of course, campaigns can run shorter or longer as per your convenience.
Remember that you're not just raising money, you’re also rallying support, so we suggest making your goal ambitious but realistic.
No worries, we'll still send you the profits as long as at least 10 products are sold - you just won’t raise as much money. Your supporters will only be charged for the products they purchase, and you will not be responsible for purchasing additional products to meet the goal.
Visit our Design Studio to create your product design. Save it by clicking Print > 'Include the base' > Download and then attach it in the 'Request Form' and wait for our confirmation.

CUSTOMIZATIONS

Yes, you can create your own product using The Funky Chaos - Design Studio.
There are no minimums on customized products. That means you can create and order just 1 as well!
Yes, you can. Once you select your product, you can upload the image you want to place on your product in our Design Studio.
You can create apparels and accessories of various types. You can have different colors, sizes and quantities as well.
Yes, you can. There is an option for sharing your design to your friends by creating a link.
Of course not. You can use our design studio for designing or share your designs. You can save a design and can order later.

Supported file types: PNG or JPG. Our recommended format is a transparent PNG file in CMYK color profile. Files that are provided as RGB are automatically converted to CMYK and may result in some color shifting. Files must have a transparent background until and unless you want the background printed. For example, providing an image with a black background will have the black printed on the t-shirt that will be visible which isn’t always ideal in t-shirt designs. Please understand that designs on a screen are different than prints on fabric.

We do not offer COD on customized products as they are printed on demand.

MISCELLANEOUS

Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at [email protected]. We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.
You will get subscribed to our marketing emails after subscribing to the newsletter. In case you do not want to receive these, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the email.
We only sell online so there is no try-and-buy option available. However, in order to make sure you in pick the right size, we have a size chart with measurements on our product pages. For any queries, please write to us at [email protected].
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle. Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry. Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. Don’ts: Do not bleach and do not dry clean.
